    I am not sure where to start. Mr. Yurko was absolutely helpful in every way possible!! When I started deciding to sell my home I reached out to Chris Yurko for guidance. He discussed with me a game plan to get started . Mr. Yurko went above and beyond through the entire process of helping me sell my property, and even helped me get the most out of everything and not get screwed.  He found all the local properties and what they were selling  for, gave suggestions on property values and we came up with a sale price. He always answered all of my questions, He always returned all of my calls in a timely manner. Mr. Yurko was not only very helpful but he was also very patient and helped me be calm and patient through some hard hiccups that we encountered.  I never had any issues or problems or complaints on his side, however we cam a cross alot of pot holes in the road with the buyers side and title company. I can not express enough gratitude I have for Chris.  He did absolutely everything possible and more to get a situation taken care of .     Selling and finding a house at the top of the market was not an easy task.. Chris was very professional as well as personal…my stresses were high as (all) my criteria needed to be met. Chris is not only a fantastic realtor, he is an excellent support system. ANYTIME there was a house we wanted to see Chris moved fast as houses were flying off the market. working hard to make sure things were right to get the best price. he really cared about us, understood our needs from the very first time we spoke. Even giving us ideas on how or what to look for in our next house, he is absolutely wonderful to work with. It’s like having a friend on the “inside” that is working for you. He was always available to answer our questions and to show us the houses any time we asked for. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to purchase or sell a home, you won’t regret it!

    Chris is absolutely amazing. He went ABOVE & BEYOND on so many aspects of NOT ONLY our home SALE but ALSO our new home PURCHASE. He gave truthful heartfelt advice that helped guide us to decision making that was informed and essential for a successful sale AND new buy. He ALWAYS answered messages. Texts. Emails. Even if literally 4 seconds after hanging up a call with us had passed. I felt like he looked out for our best interest. NOT as a real estate sales person, but more like assisting a Family member make the best decision for their family. Even when we felt we were bugging him too much with questions and sending him things we liked or didn’t like, he always gave us responses that helped us to see the bigger picture. Or Even if he felt something wasn’t ideal, he would tell us so, but always reassured he would do what we wanted even When we changed our minds overnight. He was always calm and patient. Fought for the best outcome and had our backs. His way of handling both our home sale and new home purchase and my family as actual people and not just a means to an end impressed my family and I.     We were very fortunate to have Chris Yurko list and sell our home of 30 years. Chris was very instrumental in helping us get our home ready to put on the market. Chris could not do enough in helping us in all aspects of the sale. We went on the market on a Wednesday, Thursday we had 5 tours and on Friday there 6 tours. The weekend's Open House was very successful. We received numerous offers and Chris was excellent in keeping us updated throughout the entire process.     I would like to think Chris Yurko and his team at the Sky Group at Long and Foster so much!! It was my wife and I’s first time buying a house, and Chris really went above and beyond for us. Any questions that we had he always was able to answer them and explain things in a way that we could understand, because to be honest, we had no idea about any part of this process.
