Virginia’s First Ritz-Carlton Branded Residences Arrive in Tysons
Luxury living in Northern Virginia is about to reach new heights. Renaissance Centro has announced plans for The Ritz-Carlton Residences, McLean Tysons - the first condominium project in Virginia to carry the Ritz-Carlton name.
Located beside The Ritz-Carlton, Tysons Corner Hotel and Tysons Galleria, the 102-unit tower will feature more than 15,000 square feet of curated amenities. The property joins Marriott International’s global branded residences portfolio spanning over 300 developments worldwide.
According to Ilan Scharfstein, Vice President of Development at Renaissance Centro, the project “redefines what luxury living can be in this region,” offering bespoke residences with legendary Ritz-Carlton service and unrivaled access to D.C., Dulles, and Reagan National Airports.

Design & Residences
Architectural design comes from FXCollaborative, with interiors by MAWD | March and White Design. Homes will range up to 4,500 square feet, with pricing anticipated to start around $1 million.
Amenities & Lifestyle
Future residents will enjoy a rooftop lounge and observation deck, outdoor pool and sun deck, fitness and wellness center, private dining and catering spaces, coworking areas, a theater room, and 24-hour concierge and valet services. The project will also include a new landscaped public park featuring walking paths and recreation courts.
Timeline & Sales
A preview sales gallery is now open inside Tysons Galleria, with a full-scale gallery scheduled for mid-2026. Construction is set to begin next year, with completion expected in late 2028.
Renaissance Centro - a third-generation, Washington-area real-estate developer founded by Albert H. Small Jr. - has built a strong reputation for luxury residential and hospitality projects across the Mid-Atlantic.
